Service Credit for Pre-PG Bond Service Mandatory Under Medical Bond Policy : Uttarakhand HC
Uttarakhand High Court rules that MBBS graduates who served in hilly areas before PG admission must have their pre-PG service credited toward their three-year post-PG bond obligation. The State retains the right to recover Rs. 15 lakh for unfulfilled service, but service adjustment is now a legal entitlement for affected doctors.
