Madhya Pradesh High Court affirms acquittal under Section 306 IPC, ruling that an 18-day delay between alleged harassment and suicide fails to establish proximate abetment. The judgment reinforces that mere suspicion or past cruelty, without immediate instigation, cannot sustain a conviction for abetment of suicide.
