Gujarat High Court upholds murder conviction under Section 302 IPC, holding that intention is inferred from use of dangerous weapons on vital body parts, even without direct proof of motive.

Gujarat High Court clarifies that Section 307 IPC requires proof of intention or knowledge likely to cause death, not merely grievous injury. Acquittal upheld where evidence falls short.
