Punjab & Haryana High Court rules that the absence of prior notice under Section 80 CPC or Section 205 Haryana Panchayat Raj Act does not bar an injunction suit if urgency is pleaded. However, the plaintiff must still prove actual, lawful, and settled possession to succeed in such suits.
